The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-01-005 CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (COVERED COURT) PHASE-1, Brgy. Tebalawon, Arteche, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
