1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends
to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (Php 20,000,000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment - Digital
Fluoroscopy Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The SIMC-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
