Procurement of Supply Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs for Alabang Testing and Quality Assurance (ATQAL)

1. The Food and Drug Administration, through the Special Alloted General Funds (SAGF) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One Pesos Only (Php32,769,951.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs for Alabang Testing and Quality Assurance (ATQAL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
