Project: 1 Lot Supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for One (1) year
1. Terms of Reference
1.1. Equipment and Installation - The Supplier shall install equipment with no cost at
PHC's premises to be used only for storing, handling and dispensing LPG purchased
from the Supplier:
1.2. Product Quality - LPG supply shall meet marketing specifications under Bureau of
Philippine Standards. Supplier shall provide Test and Quality inspection Certificate
during deliveries. Density shall be 0.525 to 0.55 @ 15 deg C.
1.3. Deliveries - Shall be made by Truck. Supplier shall provide calibration certificate for
its metering device. Delivery receipts signed/acknowledged by PHC or its authorized
representatives shall be sufficient proof of delivery
1.4. Compliance and Permitry - The Supplier shall apply for the necessary permit
1.5. Product Quality - LPG supply shall meet marketing specifications under Bureau of
Philippine Standards
