  1. Duration of Contract
  
  1.1. The duration of contract is for a period of twelve (12) months for the year 2026
  (January - December 2026).
  
  1.2. The PHC reserves its right to procure bidded items based on actual consumption,
  and/or that demand advantageous to the interest of the PHC.
  
  2. Delivery of Goods
  
  2.1. Schedule of Delivery of Goods shall be submitted within Ten (10) days from the
  receipt of the Notice to Proceed
  
  2.2. Breakdown of delivery depends on the agreement between the end-user and supplier
  
  2.3. Schedule of Linen Delivery will be on a staggered basis
  
  2.4. Delivery will be every month upon mutual agreement with the end-user
