Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Lot 1 - Training Venue with Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of the Regional Training of Division Core Team Trainers on Design, Development, and Quality Assurance of School-based Professional Development (PD) Programs

1. The Department of Education, Regional Office XI, through the Sub Allotment Release Order No. OSEC-11-24-1739 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱1,340,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 038-12-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education, Regional Office XI, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods are indicated below.
