Scope of Works (Submit Brochure and/or Certification)

1.1 General Requirements

1.1.1. Mobilization: Delivery and transport of tools, equipment, and
lifting devices.

1.1.2. Plans: The contractor shall submit proposed mechanical/electrical plans, working
drawings, as-built plans and PERT/CPM/GANTT Chart duly signed by Professional
Mechanical/Elecrical Engineer/Site Engineer for this particular project. (A3 Size paper
and a USB for file copy)

1.1.3. The Air Handling Unit shall be factory-tested, and suitable for chilled water
air-conditioning systems. The unit shall be designed for continuous
operation with high efficiency, low noise, and ease of maintenance.

1.1.4. Required Manpower:
1.1.4.1. Profesional Mechanical Engineer
1.1.4.2. Electrical Engineer
1.1.4.3. Safety Officer- DOLE Accredited (Full-time site supervision)
