1.1 General Requirements
1.1.1. Mobilization: Delivery and transport of tools, equipment, and
lifting devices.
1.1.2. Permits and Licensing: The contractor shall secure a Mechanical Permit,
Electrical Permit and a Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance from the Quezon
City local government prior to the installation of the new chiller unit,
including pumps. Contractor shall also secure Certificate of Final Mechanical
Inspection after installation.
1.1.3. Plans: The contractor shall submit proposed mechanical/electrical plans, working
drawings, as-built plans and PERT/CPM/GANTT Chart duly signed by Professional
