1 Description of Function
Heart Lung Machine is an apparatus that does the work both of the heart (i.e., pumps blood) and the lungs (i.e., oxygenates the blood) during open-heart surgery. Heater-cooler device is a machine used in almost all open-heart or open-chest bypass surgeries to regulate a patient's body temperature.
2 Operational Requirements
System complete with all accessories as specified in the Technical Specifications below.
3 Technical Specifications Heart & Lung Machine
3.1. Four (4) large roller pump and One (1) large mast roller pump, inclusion of tubing clamp for all tubing sizes.
Must be rotated pump head
3.2. With flat screen panel system display for control, monitoring and measuring devices.
3.3. Inclusion of inline monitoring for Venous, Hematocrit and Temperature.
3.4. With hand crank intended for manual use in the event of power failure.
