1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF KORONADAL, through the LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (Php 8,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the DESIGN AND BUILD FOR THE REHABILITATION OF CENTRAL SUPERMARKET COMPLEX (REHABILITATION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY, CITY OF KORONADAL with Project Identification Number: ITB-KOR: 26-04-0026 CEEDO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
