PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF DESKTOP & LAPTOP COMPUTERS, PRINTERS & ANDROID SMARTPHONES FOR THE KORONADAL CITY FIRE STATION

1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF KORONADAL, through the TRUST FUND - FIRE CODE FEES (FY 2018-2020 GAA 2022), intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS & 90/100 (Php 661,852.90), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF DESKTOP & LAPTOP COMPUTERS, PRINTERS & ANDROID SMARTPHONES FOR THE KORONADAL CITY FIRE STATION with Project Identification Number: ITB-KOR: 25-02-0013 BFP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Koronadal, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the maximum of FIFTEEN (15) Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP)....
