Description : Section I.
Invitation to Bid
1. The Barangay Bato, through the City Aid - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 278,100.00 being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BBB-08-29-25-ITB. Bids receive in excess of the Approved budget of the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected at bid opening of materials for Installation of Solar Streetlights of Barangay Bato, Sagay City.
2. The Barangay Bato, now invites bids for materials for Installation of Solar Streetlights. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to bidders.
3. Bidding will be through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IIR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “ Government Procurement Reform Act”.
