1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 20% Provincial Development Fund CY-2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Sixty Two Centavos (₱4,217,496.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Provincial Nursery and Nueva Vizcaya Farm School Solar Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) located at Magsaysay, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-147). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
