  1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos & Seventy Eight Centavos (₱3,436,428.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement Of Purok 6-Purok 7, Alimit FTMR located at Alimit, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-395). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
