INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF IRRIGATION CANAL
1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the 20% MDF 200 CY intends to apply the sum of PHP 500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Irrigation Canal (Check Gate Structure), Sitio Can-amo, Brgy.6 Poblacion, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Moises Padilla now invites bids for the delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
