INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT BUILDING

1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the various Multi-purpose Building 200 CY 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of PHP 917, 786.33 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Government Building, Auditorium & Municipal Hall , Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Moises Padilla now invites bids for the delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
