The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (SB No. 03, s-2024, AO No. 2024-623) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six Pesos & Eighty Two Centavos (₱5,927,676.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement Of Belance-Oyao FTMR, Located at Belance-Oyao, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-291). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
