1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2023 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos Only (P 7,696,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Multifactor Authenticator (MFA) Solution with Three (3) Years Maintenance and Support Services and Additional Licenses for the Existing MFA with Project Identification Number LBP-HOBAC-ITB-GS-20230130-01(2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
