Description : Invitation to Bid for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar/Photovoltaic System for NDCP Buildings

1. The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of eighteen million pesos only (₱ 18,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar/Photovoltaic System for NDCP Buildings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NDCP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
