The Provincial Local Government Unit of Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2024 Regular Fund (SB No. 11, s-2024; AO No. 2024-612) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Three Pesos and Forty Five Centavos (₱534,503.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conversion of Prayer Room into Coffee House/Café Phase-II Located at Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya (1000-1-1-01-001-005-032-016 (3rd SAIP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
