1. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City, through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2022, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (Php 10,933,405.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Two (2) Storey Records and Storage Building with Cargo Lift/Service Elevator including Mobile Compactor Shelving System for COA PSAO Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days from Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The...
