1. The Municipality of Sara, Iloilo, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Local Sanggunian and a Loan with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Budget Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventeen Million Pesos Only (Php 217,000,000.00) and only One Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (Php 150,000,000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Public Market located at Brgy. Padios, Sara, Iloilo under the Design and Build Scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sara, Iloilo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
