INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the allocation from its 20% MDF 300PY, intends to apply the sum of PHP 368,101.23.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Solid Waste Vault & Perimeter Drainage Canal, Sitio Lemonsito, Brgy. Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipality now invites bids for the supply and delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is sixty (50) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
