  1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (2025 20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Pesos and Fifty Seven Centavos (₱1,663,743.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of JCT. National Batu - Balintugon Road located at Alfonso Castañeda, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-08-001-001-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
