1) The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 EAO (SR2024-07-017875-EXT., SR2024-07-017876-EXT., SR2024-07-017877-EXT., and SR2024-07-019521-EXT.) intends to apply the sum of Php 9,676,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24GC084 - Procurement of two (2) units Double Cab Dropside Truck, and (1) unit of Road Grader to be assigned at the Construction Section, Quality Assurance Section and Maintenance Section of DPWH Bataan 3rd DEO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
