Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 24GC078

1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 EAO (SR2024-07-017875-EXT., SR2024-07-017876-EXT., SR2024-07-017877-EXT., and SR2024-07-019521-EXT.) intends to apply the sum of Php 12,126,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24GC078 - Procurement of One (1) unit Hybrid Pickup, Two (2) units Double Cab Dropside Truck, and One (1) unit Road Grader to be assigned at the Office of the District Engineer, Construction Section, Quality Assurance Section and Maintenance Section of DPWH Bataan 3rd DEO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

a. Lot A - One (1) unit Hybrid Pickup - Php 2,450,000.00
b. Lot B - Two (2) units Double Cab Dropside Truck - Php 9,676,000.00
- One (1) unit Road Grader ____________________ Total (ABC) for Lot A & B - Php 12,126,000.00

Note: Bidders may bid for the entire contract (Lot A & B) or
Bidders can bid only for a certain “LOT”.
