Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 24GC068

1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 - RA No. 11975 Extended Regular 2024 Continuing (SR2025-02-000897) intends to apply the sum of Php 120,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24GC068 - Procurement of one (1) unit Specialized Amphibious Excavator with Cutter Suction Head Attachment for use in the Dredging of Various Rivers in Region III, DPWH-Region III, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Regional Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (120) cal. days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
