Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 24GC034
(GOODS AND SERVICES)

1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 RA 11975 Regular 2024 Current intends to apply the sum of Php 88,098,414.42 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24GC034 - Dry-docking and Repair of Cutter Suction Dredge with DPWH No. SDS 20-1, DPWH-Regional Office No. III, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Regional Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Duration of service is required by two hundred eighty eight (288) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
