Description : RE - INVITATION TO BID FOR 23GC036

1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the SR2023-08-012450 intends to apply the sum of Php 753,834.45 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 23GC036 - Procurement of Preventive Maintenance Supplies of DPWH Support Vessel (S-9), DPWH-Regional Office No. III, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Regional Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved P.O. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
