The DPWH - Bataan 3rd District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 73,499,999.73 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CO0002 : Network Development Program - Road Widening - Secondary Roads - Roman Expressway - Mariveles, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH - Bataan 3rd District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works.
