INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS HEAVY EQUIPMENTS

1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the allocation from its Loan with Land Bank of the Philippines, intends to apply the sum of P 35,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Acquisition of One (1) Unit Brand New Crawler Bulldozer, Two (2) Units Brand New 10-Wheeler Dumptruck, One (1) Unit Brand New Mover with Flat Bed Carrier for use of the Municipality of Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipality now invites bids for the supply and delivery of equipments for the stated project located at this Municipality. Delivery of equipments is forty five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
