1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the 20% Development Fund, FY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 2,894,376.93 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) FY-2025 for the Procurement of Construction of Tribal House Sitio Anas, Barangay Bokbokon, Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte (REBID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
