1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, APDC-BAI Comp., R. Valenzuela Extn., Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City, through the SR-2025-02-001316/1311/1307, Fund 1101101-P00920102/103/104LZ-CW1, 320101112413000/14000/15000-EAO intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand pesos only (Php 6,720,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract above-mentioned project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, APDC-BAI Comp., R.
