1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the General Fund Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of P1,129,184.15 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 1 lot Job Order, replacement of various defective parts of CT-Scan Machine, Siemens Somatom Go.Now / ITB No. 25-0148. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
