(EARLY PROCUREMENT - SHORT OF AWARD)

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the 2025 20% Local Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of P5,850,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 2 units Mini Four Wheel Drive Tractor with Paddy Wheel & etc. / ITB No. 25-0023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 2 units Mini Four Wheel Drive Tractor with Paddy Wheel & etc. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
