INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 SET RTK SURVEYING EQUIPMENT COMPLETE PACKAGE

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 - 2023, intends to apply the sum of P3,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 1 set RTK Surveying Equipment Complete Package / ITB No. 23-0116. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 1 set RTK Surveying Equipment Complete Package. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
