  The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX, through the NGA, the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY PESO(S) AND ZERO HUNDREDTH(S) (Php ₱14,269,770.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the ITB 2025-SFP-007 Procurement of Food Items for 2025 SFP 15th Cycle Implementation ZDS - Cluster B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (please see Schedule of Deliveries in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements).
