The DOH-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT CALABARZON, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos Only (P 235,619,505.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB 2025 PB 035, IB 2025 PB 036 and IB 2025 PB 037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
