Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Laptop for DSWD FOIX Pantawid Newly Hired staff ITB 2025-4ps-040

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX, through the NGA, the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESO(S) AND ZERO HUNDREDTH(S) (Php ₱6,880,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the ITB 2025-4ps-040 Procurement of Laptop for DSWD FOIX Pantawid Newly Hired staff. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (please see Schedule of Deliveries in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) calendar years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
