Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (₱1,864,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF READY-TO-LAY PULLETS WITH 3-LAYER FABRICATED CAGE to be distributed to the beneficiaries of the Livelihood Opportunities and Viable Enterprise (LOVE) under LIVESTOCK Program Identification number ITB 2025-199. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
