Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY BROILER CHICKS AND POULTRY FEEDS
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the Adaptation and Mitigation Initiative in Agriculture (AMIA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (₱2,297,050.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Broiler Chicks and Poultry Feeds with Identification number ITB 2025-193. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by as stated in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
