Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF FOOD FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING OF FARMERS- FARMERS FIELD SCHOOL (FFS) OF RICE PROGRAM
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the Rice Program 2025 intends to apply the sum of:

EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY PESOS
(₱837,290.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 3 - ZAMBOANGA CITY; and
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY
PESOS (₱422,790.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 4 - ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (as stated in the Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
