  Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX, through the Livestock Program CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO PESOS AND 82/100 (₱29,708,222.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of 2-Storey Plant Pest and Disease Diagnostic Laboratory of with Project Identification number ITB 2025-156. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 210 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
  
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
