  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF FOOD, VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF AMIA PROGRAM
  
  1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of:
  • FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱554,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 1 - ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE;
  • THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱334,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 2 - ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR ; and
  • THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱304,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 3 - ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (as stated in the Schedule of Requirements).
