• Tender are invited for ITB 2025-149 Provision of Food, Venue and Accommodation of Various Activities of AMIA Program

  Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of:
  
  FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱554,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 1 - ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE;
  
  THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱334,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 2 - ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR ; and
  
  THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱304,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT 3 - ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (as stated in the Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
