Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOLIAR FERTILIZERS
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the High Value Crops Development Program 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱1,188,450.00.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of Foliar Fertilizers to be used for Techno Demo in support to the program implementation under HVCDP CY2025 with Identification number ITB 2025-147. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
