Description : 1) The PENRO Aurora, through the National Expenditures Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand (Php. 1,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of one (1) Unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) - 2026 Model. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-PENRO Aurora) now invites bids for the Procurement of one (1) Unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) - 2026 Model using competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is thirty (30) days from the date of the acceptance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least, contracts similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II—Instructions to Bidders.
