Description : 1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-PENRO Aurora) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Design and Build (D&B) Scheme for the Completion of Three (3) Storey Office Building of CENRO Dingalan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-PENRO Aurora) now invites bids for the Design and Build of the said project. Completion of the Works is required within 240 days or eight months and shall commence from the date of the acceptance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
