1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Panabo City, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, intends to apply the sum of Two Million, One Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Pesos (Php2,164,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Division Training on the Capacity Building of Teachers in the SDO Level on ARAL Program (Meals and Accommodation).

Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
