Description : The DepEd- City Schools Division Office of Cabuyao, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of seven million nine hundred fifty-nine thousand pesos only (Php 7,959,000.00) inclusive of all government taxes and fees for being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Product and Services for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of SDO Cabuyao with PR No. 2025-08-0088.
2. The DepEd- City Schools Division Office of Cabuyao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within 15 days upon receipt of notice to proceed and must accomplish the services within one (1) year, as stated in the contract. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
